Our company operates worldwide as consultant for Owners and Technical Management Societies during new building projects and conversions. At present it is involved in the project management and quality control of one (1) 56.000 Gross Tons new building Luxury Vessel, six (6) 140.000 Gross Tons Prototype Cruise Vessels, two (2) 67.700 Gross Tons new building Luxury Vessel. IMA Ltd is involved in dry docks in Italy, France, Canada, Spain, Holland and in the United States providing assistance and quality control during engineering projects, hotel refurbishment, conversions and hull paint surveys.
Independent Maritime Advisors Ltd is able to fully manage the whole project, from analysis and review of the technical specifications and drawings, to the coordination of the Owner Designers in the early phases of the project. In order to ensure the best quality standards and the compliance with the Contract, our company gives a customized technical assistance through daily inspections during the entire period of the construction. Finally, IMA Ltd manages the newbuilds protocol of delivery and warranty period time.
